Vehicle Rental Agreement

When participating in a Race Faction track day, we believe in clear expectations and complete transparency. Prior to being provided access to the Race Faction track vehicle, all relevant Participants must sign our legal documents. Upon making payment, the Renter and/or Driver agree to sign all required legal documents before attending a Race Faction track event.

Please read our liability and vehicle-use terms carefully:

Vehicle Usage and Responsibility

  • Authorized Drivers Only:
    Vehicles provided by Race Faction must only be driven by approved drivers who hold a valid manual Class 3 driving license, unless otherwise approved by Race Faction Motorsports. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  • Damage Responsibility:
    Renters and Drivers are jointly responsible for any damage sustained to the vehicle during the rental period. Liability for vehicle damages is clearly communicated, and your maximum financial responsibility per incident is capped at SGD 3,000.

Prohibited Driving Activities

  • No reckless driving:
    Aggressive or unsafe driving such as racing against others, excessive cornering, abrupt braking, ignoring safety protocols, or violating instructions is strictly prohibited.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy:
    Driving under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substances is strictly prohibited, and any damages arising will fully be the driver's responsibility.

Safety and Attire Requirements

  • Safety First:
    We provide helmets, balaclavas, and racing-grade harnesses. These must always be worn while driving.

  • Proper Attire:
    Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for high-performance driving and hot conditions.

Incident Management

  • Immediate Reporting:
    Should any incident occur, drivers must promptly inform Race Faction officials upon returning to the pits, complete an Incident Report Form accurately, and cooperate fully in our investigation.

  • Fair & Transparent Investigation:
    Race Faction conducts thorough, impartial investigations, clearly communicating all findings. Drivers will have an opportunity to respond and clarify matters as part of this fair and open process.

Media and Promotional Use

  • Consent for Media Use:
    By participating, you agree that Race Faction can capture and share event media (photos and videos) on promotional platforms without further approval or compensation.

By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of motorsports and affirm you're in good physical and mental health. Full adherence to Race Faction’s safety instructions and guidelines is mandatory.
