Track Day Liability & Safety Agreement

At Race Faction, safety, transparency, and peace of mind are core to your thrilling track experience. Prior to being provided access to the Race Faction track vehicle, all relevant Participants must sign our legal documents. Upon making payment, the Renter and/or Driver agree to sign all required legal documents before attending a Race Faction track event.

Please carefully read the following key points regarding our liability and safety policies:

• Liability Coverage:
  Your liability for vehicle damage due to driver error is clearly capped at a maximum of SGD 3,000 per incident. This ensures you can drive confidently without the worry of unexpected costs.

• Transparent Damage Policy:
  If the vehicle sustains damage during your drive, Race Faction will assess, document, and communicate clearly with you on the costs involved. Payment for any confirmed liability is required within 21 days of notice.

• Safety Requirements:
  You are required to attend and complete our mandatory safety briefing. Failing to comply with our safety protocols or instructions from our team may lead to exclusion from participation, without refunds.

• Driver Responsibility:
  You are responsible for vehicle and track property damage caused by driver error, negligence, failure to follow safety protocols, reckless driving, or driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

• Incident Handling:
  In case of an incident, an impartial investigation by Race Faction will determine liability. Drivers have an opportunity to respond to preliminary findings within 7 days of notification, ensuring fairness throughout the process.

By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of motorsports and affirm you're in good physical and mental health. Full adherence to Race Faction’s safety instructions and guidelines is mandatory.
